Sephora and Mimi’s Coffee and Bubble Tea have signed leases for 5,000 square feet and 1,200 square feet, respectively, at Mayfair Shopping Center in Commack, New York. The new leases come as the property is gearing up to welcome a 40,000-square-foot PGA Tour Superstore and recently celebrated the grand opening of restaurant JBBQ & Shabu Shabu.
“Exciting things are happening at Mayfair Shopping Center,” said E.J. Moawad, senior leasing representative for Levin Management Corporation, the exclusive leasing and managing agent for the center. Moawad headed negotiations to bring all four retailers to the property.
Over the past 18 months, Mayfair Shopping Center has also added grocer Lidl and Planet Fitness. These fresh faces have joined an existing lineup of national, regional and local retailers and service providers that includes Rite Aid, Jos. A. Bank, Loft, Sherwin Williams, Northwell Go Health, Outback Steakhouse, Bagel Toasterie, Original Brooklyn Pizza, Capital One Bank, D’Ore Jewelers, Prato 850, Music & Arts, The Crushed Olive, Tropical Smoothie and Verizon Wireless, among others.
