Arts and crafts retailer Michaels is coming to Delray Corner in Delray Beach, Florida with a 25,600-square-foot store, with an opening scheduled around the first quarter of 2024.
Katz & Associates Vice President Nicole Fontaine represented the owner through Berta Management of Florida. Bryan Fetherston of The Shopping Center Group represented Michaels.
“The area boasts a dense population of young families and retirees who enjoy creating with arts and crafts, so Michaels is a great fit for the space,” Fontaine said. “We understand there was a demand for this use and wanted to make it a reality for Central and West Delray residents.”
Delray Corner, with 86,000 square feet, boasts visibility and location at one of the highest traveled retail corners (South Military Trail and West Atlantic Ave.) in Palm Beach County. Michaels will join anchor CVS, a restaurant row and upcoming tenants Conviva Conviva, a Humana primary care subsidiary, and Mathnasium at the property.
