Partner Valuation Advisors, a national commercial real estate valuation advisory firm, has added Erica Butler, MAI, as executive vice president to help drive the company’s growth in Charlotte, North Carolina as well as throughout the rest of the state and South Carolina.
As of mid-August 2023, Partner has completed over 2,250 valuations with an aggregate commercial real estate value in excess of $58 billion across 49 states. The Partner team has grown to over 90 professionals across 27 markets nationwide.

Licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia, Butler brings more than a decade of valuation experience and a client base of investment funds, insurance companies and banks. Her appraisal experience includes industrial, retail, office, multifamily, adaptive reuse properties, easement valuation, childcare centers and special use properties such as religious facilities, schools and racetracks. Butler currently serves as the Secretary of the North Carolina Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Prior to joining Partner, she was a Director at BBG.
