Ross Stores recently opened 43 Ross Dress for Less and eight Dd’s Discount stores across 22 different states in September and October. These new locations complete the company’s store growth plans for fiscal 2023, with the addition of 97 new locations.
“This fall, we continued to expand our presence in both existing and newer markets,” said Gregg McGillis, group executive vice president, property development. “At Ross Dress for Less, we opened our first stores in the states of New York and Minnesota while Dd’s grew its footprint in California, Maryland, Tennessee and Texas. Looking ahead, we remain confident in our expansion plans and see plenty of opportunity to grow to at least 2,900 Ross Dress for Less and 700 Dd’s Discounts locations over time.”
Together, Ross Dress for Less and Dd’s Discounts operate a total of 2,112 locations in 43 states, the District of Columbia and Guam.
