ERG Commercial Real Estate has brokered the sale of a 16-unit multifamily building in Yonkers for $2.3 million.
The four-story fully rent stabilized building at 15 Locust Hill Avenue, is 12,544 sq. feet. It was built in 1927.
The building sold for $138,235 per unit and $187 per sq. ft.
Mary Guarino of ERG Commercial Real Estate represented the local buyer and the seller, an active real estate investor.
