Ripco Real Estate announced the completion of three leases totaling 10,819 square feet along Main Street of Lodi, New Jersey. The thoroughfare is home to a variety of retailers including ShopRite, LA Fitness, CVS and many of retailers and office tenants.
At Mid Towne Retail Plaza (150-170 Main St.), Shop Rite Liquors, a liquor store owned by the supermarket chain, signed for 5,000 square feet and Dentistry for Children, a dentistry providing quality pediatric dental care to babies, kids and teens in a fun and kid-friendly office setting, signed for 3,838 square feet.
These retailers join Jersey Gyros and Puff N Stuff Smoke Shop which joined Mid Towne Plaza in 2022. The center now totals 13,420 square feet leased with 1,400 square feet left to lease.
In addition, Ripco signed Union Paving and Construction to a 1,982-square-foot office lease at 147 Main St.
