Norman’s Hallmark, an employee-owned company and the nation’s largest independent owner of Gold Crown Hallmark stores, recently opened a new store location at The Metroplex shopping center, located on Chemical Road at I-476 (the Blue Route) in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania.
The retail shop occupies 7,280 square feet at The Metroplex, making it one of Norman’s “super store” locations. The opening marks the card and specialty gift retailer’s return to this Montgomery County community; Norman’s previously operated a store at the nearby Plymouth Meeting Mall.
“We are pleased to introduce one of our larger, full-format stores to the local community, just in time for the holiday season,” said Howard Henschel, Norman’s Hallmark president and chief executive officer. “Shoppers who visit our brand-new store at The Metroplex will find an inviting, modern and easy-to-shop store design along with a wide selection of card and gift items.”
Norman’s Hallmark currently operates 75 locations and continues to grow its brick-and-mortar footprint throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and in recent years expanded into Delaware and northern Maryland.
