House holds an MBA from Columbia University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, establishing a solid foundation in operations, real estate and business law. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed public sector construction projects valued at over $1 billion. He has been widely recognized for his ability to drive cost savings and navigate complex legal challenges, showcasing his proficiency in delivering results even in the most challenging environments.
