World-renowned MAD Architects set out to design their first US project, 18 luxury residences in the heart of Beverly Hills inspired by the neighborhood’s iconic well-groomed landscaping. As a result, MAD created one of the largest growing green walls in the country and “Gardenhouse” is now a popular landing place for celebrities looking for a centrally located abode with hands-on services and security—one previous resident even called for a tattoo artist at 2am during a party and Gardenhouse delivered.
Gardenhouse is a harmonious blend of urban and nature. It is best known for its thoughtful and seamless integration of greenery and artfully-designed architecture with interiors by Lauren Rottet of Rottet Studio. The center countyard separates the residences with a garden, which includes a fruitful peach tree planted per the request of a resident.
Villa 20 is a 2,866-square foot, 2-story penthouse which includes,

- Service tailored to everyday needs including airport transportation, a shared gym for personal training, a membership to The Britely, a resident-only app for requesting coffee, dry cleaning, delivery, etc. be carried to your foyer. Other services or requests may go through the concierge.
