Living New York, a NYC-based, full-service real estate brokerage, as well as full-service management company with over 10,000 units under its management, has announced The Wilder Team has joined the firm. Formerly at Compass, The Wilder Team is headed by Jed and Lindsay Wilder. Along the Wilders, the team includes: Jake Kerrigan, Brandon Krinsky, Brian Gay and Kristina Cokaj.
The Wilder Team was originally founded at Citi Habitats where it was the firm’s top team in 2017 and 2018, before moving to Compass, where they resided for the last five years continuing to build their landlord representation leasing business to over 1,200 units.
Offering more than a decade of experience, Lindsay and Jed honed their skills in the high-pressure world of rentals. They soon added residential sales to their arsenal and were named among The Real Deal’s 35-and-under rising stars.
At Living New York, the team will continue to expand and will remain focused on landlord representation rentals and sales transactions.
