The Moinian Group announced that it has reached 100% retail occupancy at 535 Fifth Avenue, with the opening of a 5,200-square-foot, 10-year lease with Paris Saint-Germainthe Paris-based professional football club.

“As we have reached 100% retail occupancy and move toward achieving 100% occupancy of 535 Fifth’s office component in the near future, we continue to see significant demand for high caliber and turnkey spaces,” said Gregg Weisser, executive managing director/director of leasing, The Moinian Group. “The property’s prime and accessible location garners ample foot traffic and offers abundant levels of light and views, which will continue to attract the most prominent companies and institutions.”

Joining the roster of retail tenants at the property including NBA, Best Buy and Läderach, Paris Saint-Germain is utilizing its newly opened space to serve as its largest retail location to date globally, featuring a wide range of collectibles, fan gear and exclusive jerseys.

In addition to the fully leased retail portion of the property, the office component is also approaching full occupancy. Earlier this year, Altice USA leased the entire 23rd floor, Cablevision Lightpath leased the 4,850-square-foot prebuilt space and Forest Hills Financial Group, a subsidiary of The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, leased the entire 7,175-square-foot 13th floor.

Located at West 44th Street, 535 Fifth Ave. is a 36-story, 329,733-square-foot office and retail property renovated by the architectural firm Gensler. The building is in close proximity to five-star hotels, high-end shopping and a multitude of transportation options.
