Monica Franco and Claudia Ganas have joined Lee & Associates as senior vice presidents, based in the commercial real estate firm’s Edison, New Jersey office.
Franco, a resident of Colonia, New Jersey, specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties with a focus on Central/Southern New Jersey. For more than six years she has represented tenants, landlords, investors and developers both locally and across the country. She joined Lee & Associates from CRP Realty and previously spent 15 years with Capital One working in finance/commercial lending. She is a member of the Material Handling Society New Jersey.
Ganas’ real estate career began more than 10 years ago. The Hillsborough, New Jersey, resident specializes in the sale and leasing and acquisition/disposition of industrial and investment properties and land parcels. Her expertise also includes strategic real estate consulting for owners and investors. Ganas comes to Lee & Associates from CRP Realty and previously worked with Sotheby’s International Realty.
Together, Franco and Ganas have closed nearly $100 million in real estate transactions.
