In its first medical lease since recently acquiring the property, Simone Development Companies announced that SightMD, a rapidly growing integrated ophthalmic provider group, has leased 9,409 square feet at One Executive Boulevard in Yonkers, New York.
SightMD offers patients access to over 80 eye care providers through the convenience of 40 locations throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties, Manhattan, Queens and Westchester. Its services include general eye exams, laser cataract surgery and lens implantation, glaucoma management, retinal disorder treatment, corneal services, neuro-ophthalmology, LASIK laser vision correction, oculoplastic surgery, pediatric ophthalmology and audiology.
SightMD was represented by Scott Berfas and Glenn Walsh of Newmark. Simone Development’s leasing and legal teams handled the transaction in-house.
