Hobby Lobby store has made its New York City debut with a 42,000 square-foot retail facility located at 280 Marsh Avenue in Staten Island. The location is Hobby Lobby’s 25th location in New York State.
Hobby Lobby has more than 1,000 stores across the nation. Each store offers over 70,000 crafting and home decor products including floral, fabric, needle art, custom framing, baskets, home accents, wearable art, arts and crafts, jewelry making, scrapbooking and paper crafting supplies.
Katz & Associates’ Brian Katz and Daniel D. DePasquale represented Hobby Lobby in the transaction along with master broker Graeme Keith of The Keith Group. Brookfield Properties leased the space.
