Ariel Property Advisors (Ariel) announced that six new professionals have joined its growing firm, expanding its capital services and investment sales teams.

With over 25 years in the mortgage industry, John Fenrich, newly named director of capital services, has closed over 2,700 real estate transactions throughout his career. His broad experience spans both the banking and brokerage sectors, including serving as a Senior Mortgage Banker at Nationwide Mortgage Bankers. He holds a bachelor’s degree from James Madison University.
Elana Kapul, named director of investment sales, is focused on business development and networking initiatives in Brooklyn, specifically South Brooklyn. She previously served as a director at Development Site Advisors and has completed over 140 commercial transactions throughout her career. She holds a master’s degree from New York University.
Director of Capital Services Andrew Lazarus brings over 25 years of real estate experience to his role at Ariel, specializing in debt and equity placement for commercial real estate investments. His career began at Time Equities and included senior positions at Insignia/ESG, Macklowe Properties and Tudor Realty Services Corp. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University.
Alix Curtin, associate director, focuses on transactions in Upper Manhattan, notably Washington Heights and Inwood. She began her commercial real estate career at B6 Real Estate Advisors where she also specialized in the Upper Manhattan market. She is a graduate of the College of Holy Cross.
Nikola Cosic, associate director, also joins Ariel from B6 Real Estate Advisors and focuses on the Midtown West marketCosic has closed transactions valued at approximately $130 million throughout his career and previously had a notable career in Serbia, specializing in the distribution and sale of consumer products. He earned a master’s degree in Marketing from the Faculty of Economics in Subotica (University of Novi Sad).
Sales Associate Erik Moloney is responsible for executing exclusive listings and advancing business development throughout New York City. He brings experience from previous marketing roles in residential real estate and holds a Bachelor of Science in management from the O’Malley School of Business at Manhattan College.
