The Corcoran Group, Manhattan’s #1 residential real estate brokerage firm, recently announced that Richard Hottinger has returned to the firm. Announcement of the move was made by Pamela Liebman, Corcoran’s President and CEO.
Hottinger and The Hottinger Team are now affiliated with Corcoran’s East Side office, led by Senior Managing Directors Helen Monti and Tim Rettaliata, and Corcoran’s Miami office, led by Senior Managing Director Lily Zanardi. Before spending most of 2023 at Douglas Elliman, Hottinger was with Corcoran for seven years, initially joining in 2016. He has closed over $300M in transactions in the past three years alongside his team, which includes formidable agents Sari Ingerman, Frank Lulgjuraj, Adam Hernandez, Gabriella Abdelnour, Sofia Rovirosa, and Melissa Au-Yeung. Their success has been recognized by RealTrends, which ranked The Hottinger Team as the #18 medium team in New York City by volume in 2023 and the #45 medium team in New York State. They were also ranked as the #34 medium team in New York City by volume and the #45 medium team by volume in New York State in 2022.
