Segal McCambridge announced that Shareholders Diane Pompei Emery and Scott R. Emery have joined the firm’s New York office.

Pompei Emery represents major domestic and internationally based corporations in complex cases including product liability and toxic tort. She graduated from Michigan State University and earned her J.D. at the University of Michigan Law School. She is admitted to both the New York and New Jersey bars.
Scott Emery has experience in a wide variety of legal areas, including complex commercial matters, mass torts, class actions, and white-collar crime and has served as primary trial counsel in state and federal courts across the country. Emery earned a B.A. at UCLA and his J.D. at Harvard Law School. He is admitted to both the New York and California bars.
