Arts and crafts retailer Michaels is coming to 22,000 square feet at Post Road Plaza in the Village of Pelham Manor, New York, announced Levin Management Corporation (LMC), the property’s leasing and managing agent.
E.J. Moawad, LMC senior leasing representative, negotiated the Michaels lease on behalf of Post Road Plaza’s ownership; Colleen Quinn of Quinn Commercial Properties represented the tenant.
Michaels is relocating its local presence to the 257,000-square-foot Post Road Plaza after recently closing a nearby store.
“Michaels is a terrific addition for Post Road Plaza, which is established as a destination property featuring national brands,” Moawad said.
The project is located across at Boston Post Road and Pelham Parkway.
