Downtown LA’s newest residential development, Figueroa Eight – developed by Mitsui Fudosan America (MFA) – just celebrated their grand opening and hosted a dedication ceremony. Having launched this past Fall 2023, the development has seen great leasing interest and welcomed residents.
Located at 744 S Figueroa Street in downtown Los Angeles, towering at 42-stories and with 438 residences, the grand opening was well attended with nearly 200 guests including ownership, residents, city representatives, partners, and vendors involved with the project. The event was primarily centered around the pool terrace and clubhouse on the 5th floor, which were transformed into a swanky retreat complete with a DJ, passed hors d’oeuvres, and cocktails.
Representatives from MFA and the architecture firm, Johnson Fain, gave speeches to commemorate the occasion, highlighting its significance and design elements. Guests also had the opportunity to explore the building’s amenities and model residences from guided tours led by the leasing and marketing team, Sentral.
A special moment, was the dedication and installation of a commemorative cornerstone plaque at the entrance to the porte-cochère,symbolizing the official opening of Figueroa Eight and marking it as a residential landmark in the downtown Los Angeles (DTLA) financial district. Overall, the event celebrated the culmination of hard work and collaboration, showcasing the luxury and sophistication of this new development.
Figueroa Eight’s programming and events stands out as a premier offering for a rental tower in DTLA. This is due to the connections and services spearheaded by their exceptional concierge and lifestyle staff, Brian Williams, Bijon, where residents experience curated events and activities with celebrity chefs, renowned musicians and more, that truly elevate their living experience.
