Bond New York Announces New Management Hire

BOND New York, a full-service real estate brokerage and marketing firm with offices in Manhattan and Brooklyn, has announced the hire of Alex Saltalamacchia as Managing Director of its Williamsburg location.

Saltalamacchia will be responsible for coaching agents to develop the skill sets necessary to reach their goals sustainably, while continuously guiding their growth and daily workflow. He will also be tasked with deepening the office’s footprint in its surrounding communities of Williamsburg and Greenpoint, while expanding the firm’s already-significant presence in the borough at large.

Saltalamacchia comes to BOND New York with over two decades of real estate experience. With specific expertise in Williamsburg, Alex was one of the original founders of aptsandlofts.com. Most recently, he was Senior Managing Director of Corcoran’s busy Williamsburg-Driggs office and later its highly-successful Brooklyn Heights location, where he oversaw residential rental operations and managed a branch of approximately 150 agents. In addition to training, mentoring, and assisting with the long-term growth of his agents, he directly supervised securing new business to pre-development planning, marketing, pricing, and management of several new development teams.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Saltalamacchia speaks fluent English and Italian. He is a graduate of St. John’s University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.

“Alex’s incredible depth of knowledge and sterling reputation in the Brooklyn residential marketplace speak for themselves,” comments BOND co-founder & principal partner Noah Freedman. “His vision, experience, and steady hand make him the ideal leader to leverage the successful foundation we’ve built thus far in Williamsburg, while strengthening our commitment to ambitiously pursuing new business by recruiting and cultivating the most talented agents in the industry.”

“I was drawn to BOND New York after an unexpected and immediately inspiring meeting with its founders, Noah and Bruno. We quickly found common ground in our shared vision for a sustainable growth blueprint and our mutual commitment to providing the highest quality suite of services to our clients, customers, and agents,” explains Saltalamacchia. “With BOND’s proactively supportive agent-focused culture, the best resources at hand, and their well-funded plans to strategically expand, I saw an incredible opportunity to make a significant impact in serving the Brooklyn neighborhoods I love and call home.”
