Pizza Twist will open its first Bucks County, Pennsylvania location at Centre Plaza in Bensalem. The 1,700-square-foot lease coincides with four tenant renewals totaling nearly 10,000 square feet, punctuating an active period at the Galloway Road shopping center.
Commercial real estate services firm Levin Management Corporation (LMC) serves as leasing and managing agent for the 44,000-square-foot Centre Plaza. LMC Leasing Representative Fred Younkin arranged the latest transactions on behalf of property ownership.
Offering a unique “twist” on the typical pizza menu, Pizza Twist serves up a variety of international flavors with a focus on “Indian fusion” pizza. The menu includes pizza and wings, pasta dishes, salads and more. Gluten-free, halal, vegan and vegetarian options are available. Pizza Twist currently has more than 80 North American locations.
Customers at the new Bensalem location will enjoy traditionally prepared menu items along with those that reflect globally inspired flavors, such as tandoori chicken pizza and butter chicken pasta, according to Nimesh Limbasia, an experienced business operator and owner/operator of the Centre Plaza shop.
“All our pizzas are customizable, and our entire menu will feature fresh, locally sourced ingredients,” said Limbasia. “Centre Plaza’s demographics, ample parking and tenant mix were attractive to me as a business owner. I am excited to be part of the center and introduce the Pizza Twist concept to the community.”
Centre Plaza already features Slim’s Irish Pub, Tako Japanese Restaurant, Great Indian Kitchen, El Limon Mexican Taqueria and A&S Bagels.
The Pizza Twist lease coincides with several lease renewals at Centre Plaza. In recent months, an orthopedic practice, Penn Community Bank, Salon 724 and LabCorp. all have renewed their commitments, totaling more than 10,000 square feet at the property.
