Samanea New York, the retail, entertainment and dining destination at 1500 Old Country Road in Westbury, New York, has signed a new lease with NY Axe. The Long Island-based ax throwing range will occupy 4,023 square feet on the second floor of Samanea New York and is expected to open in the Fall of 2024. This will be NY Axe’s fourth location on Long Island.
Trained coaches will teach each guest how to safely use the axes, both handling and throwing to the digitally projected targets. NY Axe will offer individual lanes, private rooms, league play as well as private celebrations for birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, corporate events, fundraisers and so forth.

Coluccio helped secure NY Axe at Samanea New York with Matthew Kucker, Jordan Baruch and Herbert Agin at Colliers International, the property’s exclusive brokerage firm, who represented the landlord and the tenant in the deal.
