The tower boasts nearly 24,000 square feet of amenities and over 7,500 square feet of retail space. MdeAS was previously honored by Westchester Magazine for its work on One Clinton Park where they were awarded Best Adaptive Reuse and Best Community Amenities in the Home Builders Awards.
