The Juracich Team has sold out 22 Bond Street. The condo building at 22 Bond Street launched in 2016. Initially, sales were handled by Leslie J. Garfield’s Ravi Kantha (now at Serhant) and Matthew Lesser. They sold one of the building’s six units over that 6 years. Then Tal Alexander and Team took over in April 2022 but were replaced by Catherine Juracich at Corcoran in August of that year 4 months later as none of the inventory moved.
Since Catherine took over in 2022, she’s successfully sold all of the remaining (5) condos, with the last unit, Unit #3/4, currently in contract and closed on July 25.
This marks the end of the 8-year journey to get the 6 condos sold. Catherine attributes her success in selling the building’s remaining 83% (5 of 6 units) relatively quickly due to being the leader of an “up-and-coming team who have chosen a smaller, more hands-on model – and stand for a strong work ethic. We also have a deep understanding of SoHo and this client base.”
