The Moinian Group, a privately held real estate investment company, announced that it has signed a 3,874-square-foot, five-year lease with Night Squared, a New York- and London-based investment firm at 3 Columbus Circle in Midtown, Manhattan. Night Squared will utilize its new space on the 21st floor of the property for the gamut of the firm’s office operations upon move-in in October.

Co-founded by Neel Parekh and Michael Berkley, Night Squared offers investment advisory and portfolio management services. 3 Columbus Circle is a 29-story, 750,564-square-foot office and retail property that spans an entire New York City block.
