Manzi Epstein Lomurro & DeCataldo LLC (MELD Law) has signed a 9,152-square-foot lease for its relocation and expansion at The Offices at Crystal Lake, located at 1 Boland Dr. in West Orange, New Jersey. Newmark Senior Managing Director Jeff Kolodkin and Associate Director Andrew Kirshenbaum represented the tenant in the transaction.

The Offices at Crystal Lake is a 122,863-square-foot Class A property on a 50-acre site with a five-acre lake and views of the New York City skyline. The building features a café, fitness center, executive dining area, meeting spaces, garage parking and a full-building generator backup. It is located just off the four-way interchange of Route 280.
