J. Crew Factory will be the next new tenant at Mayfair Shopping Center in Commack, New York, announced Levin Management Corporation (LMC). The fashion and accessories retailer signed a 6,800-square-foot lease at the Jericho Turnpike retail destination.
LMC serves as exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 222,000-square-foot Mayfair Shopping Center. E.J. Moawad, LMC senior leasing representative, negotiated the transaction on behalf of property ownership; Steve Merkle of Open Realty Advisors represented the tenant.
“Mayfair Shopping Center has a long history as a strong, successful property offering a balanced mix of high-quality retailers, restaurants and service providers,” said Moawad. “Apparel is among our current leasing targets here, and interest has been strong within the category. J. Crew Factory is an exciting, household-name ‘win,’ and we are so pleased to add this national brand to the roster.”
The property also has Loft and Jos. A. Bank stores, as well as Lidl, PGA Tour Superstore, Planet Fitness, Sephora, JBBQ Wok & Dumpling, Outback Steakhouse, Sherwin Williams, Meet Izakaya Ramen & Bar, Prato 850, Bagel Toasterie, Northwell Go Health, Verizon Wireless, GameStop, Music & Arts, Original Brooklyn Pizza, Mimi’s Coffee & Bubble Tea (opening soon), D’Ore Jewelers, Champions Martial Arts, The Crushed Olive and Tropical Smoothie, among others.
