Adams & Company announced that Isaac Morris Ltd., a wholesale manufacturing company specializing in apparel, accessories and pet products, has signed an 8,707-square-foot lease at 48 West 37th St. The space will be used for general, executive offices and a showroom for the sale, at wholesale, of apparel and accessories.
The tenant already has a presence in the building and this new lease will bring its total space to 40,508 square feet.
“Isaac Morris, Ltd.’s continued expansion at 48 West 37th Street reflects the tenant’s remarkable growth and success, while reinforcing the building’s strategic ability to adapt to the evolving needs of thriving businesses,” said David Levy, principal of Adams & Co. “Having been in the building since 2019, the tenant has been drawn to this space due to its location in the heart of the transit hub, offering convenient transportation options.”
Levy of Adams & Company represented the landlord, 48 W 37 Associates LLC. The asking rent was $42 per square foot.
