Isaac Lustgarten, Top Miami Agent, Joins the Corcoran Group

The Corcoran Group, New York City’s top residential real estate
brokerage, recently announced that Isaac Lustgarten, a top-selling agent and Miami market expert, has joined the firm. Lustgarten is now associated with Corcoran’s Surfside office, headed by Senior Managing Director Lily Zanardi. Pamela Liebman, Corcoran’s President and CEO, announced the move.

Lustgarten boasts a lifetime sales volume exceeding $250 million, with standout transactions including the $20 million sale of 115 Arvida Parkway, $18.7 million sale of residence 14A at Miami Beach’s Faena House and the $13 million sale of the penthouse at the St. Regis Bal Harbour Residences. Since its launch in May 2023, Isaac has been the Director of Sales at the Indian Creek Residences and Yacht Club, with over $30 million in sales volume.

“We are thrilled to welcome Isaac to Corcoran,” said Liebman. “He has deep knowledge of the discerning South Florida market, and with the strength of the Corcoran brand behind him, he will be an unstoppable force in Miami and beyond.”

Born in Barranquilla, Colombia, Lustgarten moved to Miami as a teenager and was raised in Bay Harbor Islands. Because of his connection to the area, Lustgarten is an expert in the diverse neighborhoods of Miami. He gained corporate experience with roles at ESPN and Zumba before pivoting to the real estate industry. Lustgarten solidified his decision to become a full-time real estate broker while managing properties for an investor in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood, where he experienced the thrill of high- end real estate sales. Now, Lustgarten prides himself on building trusting and lasting relationships with his clients, who appreciate his discretion as he helps them find their perfect home.

“I’m excited to join The Corcoran Group, a company that most aligns with my career goals,” said Lustgarten. “I look forward to the new opportunities that being part of Corcoran presents and the
incredible potential for my professional growth.”
