Riverview Companies has acquired via merger LCS Landscapes Inc., a commercial landscape & snow maintenance provider serving New York’s mid-Hudson region and Westchester County. Daniel Lepore, LCS and majority owner, and Bruce Peterson, LCS general manager, will both become co-owners in Riverview and continue in their day-to-day management roles.
“We have watched LCS’s tremendous growth under Daniel’s and Bruce’s leadership in recent years as they became the leader in the mid-Hudson region. Their addition to Riverview now provides us with continuous service coverage from central New Jersey, up through Albany, and east to Boston,” said Michael Waterman, Riverview’s CEO.
The addition of LCS expands Riverview’s footprint to include New York’s mid-Hudson region and is Riverview’s 11th acquisition in the past 24 months.
