693 Fifth Owner LLC has signed four new leasing deals at its 100,000-square-foot luxury medical and professional office building in Manhattan. All of the leases were signed in August, September and October.
Edwynn Houk Gallery signed for 5,806 square feet, the entire sixth floor, for 10 years. The tenant was represented by Howard Poretsky, a senior vice president at Colliers. High-end private physical therapy provider Park 5 has taken the entire ninth floor, comprising 4,582 square feet, for 10 years. The tenant was represented by Anthony Builder of Bradford and Allen. Tech company Daloopa signed for 4,803 square feet, the entire 13th floor, for five years. Michael Okun, principal at Cresa New York, represented the tenant. Plastic surgeon William Lao has signed for 5,855 square feet, the entire eighth floor, for 10 years. Alisia Ramlochan, associate RE broker with Paul Wexler at Corcoran, represented the tenant.

Other tenants at 693 Fifth Avenue include a distinguished group of medical professionals and practices, including MD 2, an exclusive concierge medical practice and Prosthodontics and Implant Dentistry of NY.
