Kaufman Organization announced that Velour Medical, an aesthetics brand offering highly tailored experiences and cosmetic services including Botox and fillers, has signed a 12,000-square-foot lease at Justin Management’s 1239 Broadway. This space will serve as Velour Medical’s first New York City location.
The landlord, Justin Management, will be delivering a customized build out for the tenant. This space represents the ongoing demand for move-in ready space and landlords who are adaptable with their build-out options.
The space, designed by Spiezle, has been meticulously tailored to meet the unique requirements of Velour Medical’s brand identity. This robust facility features private medical suites, client lounge, provider lounge, a café and a live/work inspired design.
