Global, eco-friendly, women’s footwear brand Vivaia Shoes has taken its first retail in a new three-year lease at 68 Prince St. in SoHo. The lease consists of ground level and basement space in the building totaling 1,460 square feet. Vivaia Shoes will occupy the location in the coming weeks, replacing the former tenant, Adina Jewels.

Mark Kapnick from Lee & Associates NYC represented the landlord, 68 Prince LLC, and David Graff of Compass Real Estate represented the tenant in the transaction.

“68 Prince Street is a highly sought-after boutique location in SoHo,” said Kapnick, executive vice president and principal at Lee & Associates NYC. “Vivaia’s flagship location introduces an exciting addition to SoHo that enriches the neighborhood.”

Located between Lafayette and Crosby Streets, 68 Prince St. is a four-story townhouse, situated within a block of multiple subway lines for easy access. Other nearby retailers include H&M, Dita, Sephora and Rachel Comey.
