North Bridge ESG LLC (North Bridge), a provider of real estate credit solutions, has appointed Susana E. Iannicelli as managing director. Iannicelli brings extensive commercial real estate expertise to the firm, spanning several verticals.

In her new role, Iannicelli will oversee servicing, transactions and asset management for the firm. She boasts more than 25 years of commercial real estate industry experience and possesses a wide-range of skills in management, operations, licensing, complex loan and document negotiation, due diligence, financial analysis and planning, client relations and problem solving.

North Bridge provides commercial property assessed clean energy (C-PACE) financing to institutional borrowers in major markets nationwide. C-PACE is a financing mechanism that allows commercial property owners to fund improvements to their properties that’s repaid over time through a special assessment on the property’s tax bill. Recently, the Carlyle Group committed to providing up to $1 billion to facilitate the origination of C-PACE loans by North Bridge.

“As North Bridge continues to complete projects across all commercial real estate asset classes nationwide, we have been able to attract top talent to help guide us through this exciting period for the company’s growth,” said Laura Rapaport, founder and CEO of North Bridge. “Susana’s unparalleled experience in finance and commercial real estate, her strong leadership skills, and deep industry knowledge will be integral to our mission. We look forward to her contributions as we continue to innovate and unlock value for our clients.”

Prior to joining North Bridge, Iannicelli served as vice president of Arbor Private Label Inc. at Arbor Realty SR Inc., an asset-backed securities company that provides debt capital for the multifamily loan and commercial real estate industries. While there, she led clearance of exception related reports provided by custodian, led contact for internal and external inquiry of collateral files and closed commercial mortgage loans originated for securitization execution as well as assumption of loans.
