Forbes Global Properties Continues Italy Expansion, Welcoming Ravagnan’s

Forbes Global Properties, an international network of selected real estate brokerages that connects buyers and sellers to the world’s most exceptional properties, is proud to welcome Ravagnan’s to its prestigious ranks. Recognized for combining a refined approach with deep local expertise, Ravagnan’s will exclusively represent the brand across Italy’s iconic Venice region.

Ravagnan’s was founded by Michelangelo Ravagnan, a respected Venetian entrepreneur with extensive experience in both the real estate and hospitality sectors. Drawing from first-hand insights and a keen understanding of the luxury mindset, he previously launched a range of successful businesses, including an online yacht charter agency and accommodation services in Venice. Under Michelangelo’s leadership, the Ravagnan’s team of dedicated professionals possess the unparalleled ability to connect prospective buyers with distinguished real estate opportunities in Venice and beyond.

“It is a pleasure to welcome Ravagnan’s to our expanding international network,” said Michael Jalbert, CEO of Forbes Global Properties. “Years of industry experience and luxury market knowledge allow Michelangelo and his team to provide the highest degree of personalized service backed by an unwavering commitment to deliver successful results.”

“It is an honor to represent Forbes Global Properties as the exclusive member in the Venice region, and we look forward to showcasing area homes that offer a rich history of pedigree and provenance,” said Michelangelo Ravagnan, founder, Ravagnan’s. “With Forbes Global Properties, we are able to bring even more value to our clients, with far-reaching marketing opportunities and unrivaled access to a high-profile global network.”

This announcement coincides with the opening of the firm’s flagship headquarters in Palazzo Corner Spinelli, located in the historic city center overlooking the world’s most beautiful stretch of water, the Grand Canal. Mirroring the importance of the local properties that Ravagnan’s transacts, Palazzo Corner Spinelli was built by the Landò family in the late 1400s before being acquired by the Corner family in 1542. In 1740, the property became the home of the Spinelli family, and later renowned ballerina, Maria Taglioni. As time moved forward, the palazzo transformed to become the headquarters of Rubelli, a famed five-generation family-owned textile company whose precious cloths still adorn the walls today.

Continuing to honor the arts, Michelangelo Ravagnan has dedicated a space within Ravagnan’s office to showcase Pilgrims, a grand contemporary piece by Marta Spagnoli (1994), a young artist who has chosen Venice as her city in which to live and work.

The exclusive worldwide residential real estate partner of Forbes, Forbes Global Properties provides branding and marketing services to the world’s premier real estate firms and is now represented by real estate agents across 26 countries in more than 525 locations.
