Christie’s International Real Estate Group, announced the sale of Niederhurst, a luxurious, late 19th-century country estate on 13 acres overlooking the Hudson River in Rockland County at 23 Ludlow Lane, Palisades, NY. This sale, which closed at $26,125,000, marks the highest residential sale in the history of Rockland County and Snedens Landing, and ranks among the top five sales in all of Westchester and Hudson Valley in the past 10 years according to the OneKey MLS. David Sanders, Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker and Director of Luxury Marketing for Christie’s International Real Estate Group, based out of the firm’s Nyack sales gallery, represented the buyer.
The hamlet surrounding the property has been referred to as the “Hollywood of the Hudson” due to its stunning views overlooking the Hudson River and the many notable figures that have both stayed and lived nearby.
