Ace Pickleball Club is coming to Brunswick Shopping Center, adding a fitness-focused recreation concept to the North Brunswick, N.J. retail property, announced Levin Management Corporation (LMC).
Ace Pickleball Club’s community-centric “open play” model fosters organic connections among players. Club locations offer all-inclusive pricing, premium courts and opportunities for members to learn, compete and socialize. The new Brunswick Shopping Center facility will host corporate events and parties and feature a small pro shop.

LMC’s Fred Younkin, leasing representative, negotiated the 26,500-square-foot commitment on behalf of property ownership. Marta Villa of CBRE represented the tenant.
