Itel, a data and technology company focused on optimizing the property claims process, and OneClick Code, a data provider dedicated to streamlining the building code-sourcing process, are partnering to enhance the roofing claims process and promote fast and fair claims decisions.
This new partnership will enable OneClick Code’s building code and jurisdiction data to be used within Itel’s suite of solutions for property claims, including its repairability analysis products. Building codes play a critical factor in determining the best path forward to resolve property damage. Through this partnership, building code details from OneClick will be included in Itel’s widely used repairability reports to provide additional context to all parties involved in a property claim.
Adjusters turn to a variety of sources to find relevant details about a property, determine the extent of the damage, and validate the work needed to restore the property. This partnership will combine critical data points into a single report, allowing the adjuster and the homeowner to easily consume the mandatory building code requirements impacting their claim alongside photos, additional assessments and repair advice.
