Soloviev Group has announced a collaboration with Kent Hospitality Group (KHG) to continue to Vista Restaurant and Bar and two upscale cafes to the office building at 9 West 57th Street. Opening this month, the new food and beverage amenities—available exclusively to tenants of the building and their guests—will join a previously opened fitness center, and conference and event spaces managed by Arch Amenities Group.
Located within the Park View Lounge on the 27th floor of the building, the Vista Restaurant and Bar will offer Central Park views, creating a dramatic backdrop and setting for both business and social gatherings. Exclusive to tenants only, the restaurant and bar will require membership to the club, enabling members to reserve tables for themselves and their guests via the new 9W57 building app. Kent Hospitality, known for its expertise in creating outstanding dining experiences, will operate the Vista restaurant. The company’s focus on quality and innovation will create a unique dining experience unlike any other in New York City. Vista will feature seasonal menus curated by KHG’s onsite culinary team led by Chef Alfred Nebair of Crown Shy, as well as a carefully selected wine list and craft cocktails.
In addition to Vista, KHG will operate two on-site cafes, The Park View Café on the 27th floor and Café V in the building lobby near the 58th Street entrance. Both locations will feature Black Fox coffee, fresh pastries, a juice bar and a selection of grab-and-go meals for tenants and their guests. Additionally, KHG will open a new restaurant in the Cucina 8 ½ space this year.
