Alterra IOS, an acquirer of industrial outdoor storage (IOS) properties with over 300 sites nationwide, announced the acquisition of four IOS properties totaling 34.9 usable acres in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. The parcels include 8738 Forney Rd. in Dallas, 2260 Market St. in Garland, 7050 Jack Newell Blvd. South in Fort Worth and 2420 113th St. in Grand Prairie.
Each site is located within 20 miles of downtown Dallas, providing ample access to the DFW Metroplex’s network of state and interstate highways, international airports and freight transportation.

Located eight miles from downtown Dallas. 8738 Forney Road represents 10.1 usable acres with 14,100 square feet of accompanying warehouse space. The parcel is fully leased to a national distributor of specialty building materials. Ricardo Camarena of Marcus & Millichap facilitated the acquisition.
2260 Market St. is a 7.4 usable acre, fully paved site. The property includes 87,780 square feet of accompanying warehouse space and a full concrete yard. The location is fully leased to a leader in exterior and interior building product supplies. Alexander Harrold of Matthews Realty facilitated the acquisition.
7050 Jack Newell Blvd. South represents 14.8 usable acres with 14,000 square feet of accompanying warehouse space. The property features recently completed site work, including fence work, office renovations and a new roof. This acquisition was facilitated by Bo Puckett and Caleb McCoy of JLL.
2420 113th St. is a 2.5 usable acre, fully improved site with 13,276 square feet of accompanying warehouse space leased to a leading national lawn care company. Robert Morris of Rubicon Representation facilitated the acquisition.
