Stellar Management Completes, Signs First Tenant at Astoria Pointe

Real estate developer, investor and manager Stellar Management has completed Astoria Pointe, a nine-story, Class A, 53,748 square foot, mixed-use office building located at 35-01 36th Avenue on the border of Long Island City and Astoria, Queens, New York. The firm also signed its anchor tenant, a 8,041-square-foot lease with International Workplace Group (IWG). Move-ins are expected to begin in the second quarter of this year.

Astoria Pointe is a 53,748 -square-foot, Class A, mixed-use office building on the border of Long Island City and Astoria, Queens. The property boasts 15-foot, floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping views of Manhattan’s skyline, column-free floorplates and a variety of outdoor spaces, including a shared roof deck with a private terrace on the sixth floor, private balconies on the seventh through ninth floors and a fully attended lobby.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Mitchell Arkin, Joshua Branham and John Peters represented the owner, Stellar Management, in the transaction. C&W is the exclusive leasing agent for the building.
