The Greenwich by Rafael Viñoly, an 88-story, 912-foot-tall luxury residential tower in Downtown Manhattan, has unveiled “The 88,” the highest amenities suite in New York City. Occupying the top three floors of the building – levels 86, 87, and 88 – the suite features a selection of wellness, entertainment, and fitness areas designed by MAWD | March and White Design, complemented by furnishings and accessories from luxury brands including Molteni&C, Poltrona Frau, Boffi DePadova, and Poliform, and offers residents a luxurious, private members club-like experience with panoramic views of the city over 800 feet in the sky.

Level 86, the first floor of The 88 amenities suite, offers a range of luxurious spaces designed for comfort and convenience. Residents can enjoy the screening room, where a large projection screen and plush seating create an intimate ambiance for a cinematic experience without leaving the building. Also on this level is The 88’s private dining room, a sophisticated space that serves as both an elegant venue for dining and a professional meeting room. This beautifully appointed area seats up to 14 guests and includes a catering kitchen, a cozy fireplace, and cinematic views of the New York Harbor. The resident lounge, spanning the entire eastern portion of the 86th floor, offers ample seating to relax with a book and epic morning sunrises.
Moving up to Level 87, residents are greeted by a concierge exclusive to the building, welcoming them into an intimate, luxurious wellness haven. Residents have access to dedicated men’s and women’s sauna, steam and changing rooms, luxurious private treatment rooms where one can indulge in professional spa services as well as a salon offering private hair styling, manicures, and pedicures, all of which can be booked through The Greenwich’s private concierge. A highlight on this level is the relaxation room, a serene retreat crafted for quiet reflection, and holistic care of the body, mind, and soul. A further amenities space will be unveiled later this year on Level 16, which also features the building’s multifunctional lounge. An indoor/outdoor children’s recreation area, a landscaped outdoor terrace with private grill stations, dining areas, and a fire pit create opportunities for memorable entertaining.
