Lincoln Equities Group (LEG has signed a 303,100 square foot lease with Lesser Evil, a Connecticut-based sustainable company that makes clean, organic and less-processed snacks. Located at Lincoln Logistics 84×684 Crossings in Brewster, N.Y., the property will serve as a finished goods distribution site for the growing brand.
“Our mission continues to be focused around delivering high-quality distribution facilities in well-located areas throughout the Northeast and the leasing momentum at Lincoln Logistics 84×684 is a prime example of us delivering on this promise,” said Lance Bergstein, CEO at LEG. “We remain very bullish on the Tri-State area and believe that it is underserved from an industrial and housing perspective.”
Located in Putnam County with accessibility to several major highways including Interstates 84 and 684 and Route 7, Lincoln Logistics 84×684 Crossings built-to-suit office space, 40-foot clear height ceilings, 56 dock doors, parking for 252 cars and 19 trailers.
Newmark’s Executive Managing Directors Adam Petrillo and Art Ross, Managing Director Bradley Soules and Analyst Jack Chatwin arranged the lease with Lesser Evil and are also marketing the adjacent 618,000 square feet on the campus.
