Halstead Management Company, LLC announces that Melissa Cafiero has been named President. In this role, Cafiero will oversee the Halstead Management Company, LLC as well as an extensive portfolio of cooperatives and condominiums across New York City.

A 20-year industry veteran, Cafiero joined the company in 2017 and most recently served as its Executive Vice President. Previously, she worked in several residential management and operational hospitality roles.
“After nearly a decade with this great company, I am excited for the next chapter as President,” said Ms. Cafiero. “I look forward to growing our business while upholding our commitment to superlative customer service.”
Leslie Winkler, who previously served as President of Halstead Management Company, LLC, has stepped into a consulting role with the company.
