Spanning 7,200 square feet, BEB Work offers private offices, cubicles, phone booths, hot desks,and meeting rooms, catering to professionals seeking a flexible workspace solution.
“In today’s hybrid and remote work landscape, professionals still want an alternative to working from home that isn’t just a coffee shop,” said Dan Penaro, asset manager at BEB Capital. “We created BEB Work to offer the Long Island community a dynamic and convenient workspace with flexible membership options — whether they need a private office, a hot desk or something in between, we have a solution to fit their needs.”
Designed with an industrial aesthetic, BEB Work features concrete slab floors, black metal columns, exposed ceilings and ample natural light. Members will enjoy all-inclusive access to printing services, snacks and beverages, along with the use of the building amenities which include a lobby coffee bar, a private patio extending from the lobby and a shared conference room.
The launch of BEB Work follows BEB Capital’s $4 million investment in 2024 to create a dynamic workplace ecosystem, which incorporated a custom mural, fitness center and shuttle service for tenants.
