French luxury candlemaker and fragrance brand Trudon has signed a lease for 368 square feet at 620 Fifth Ave., at the Channel Gardens at Rockefeller Center.
Founder Claude Trudon established his candle and spice store in 1643 on Rue Saint Honoré in Paris.
“We are thrilled to bring Trudon to Rockefeller Center, a location that celebrates legacy and innovation. This boutique will allow us to share our passion for storytelling and craftsmanship with New York, a city synonymous with both. The Rockefeller Center boutique will invite New Yorkers and visitors alike to discover Trudon’s world of luxury and sensory delight, offering a unique experience in a location as timeless as the brand itself,” said Nils Beeman, president, Trudon North America.
Ripco’s Richard Skulnik and Ben Sabin represented Trudon in the lease. Opening is expected this summer.
“Trudon’s brand is built on unparalleled artistry and impeccable taste – a perfect fit for Rockefeller Center,” said EB Kelly, senior managing director, Tishman Speyer and Head of Rockefeller Center. “We’re excited to introduce them to our guests and customers.”
