Seminole Towne Center is located at 200 & 330 Towne Center Circle & 595 Towne Center Boulevard, approximately 20 miles north of Orlando. The sale includes the 324,681-square-feet enclosed regional mall, which was vacated January 31, 2025; a 160,000-square-foot former Macy’s and 13.5-acre development parcel on the total 69 acres.
