Lee & Associates NYC represented next-generation sandwich shop, Barney Brown, in a new, 10-year lease at Vornado Realty Trust’s 330 West 34th Street, in the newly transformed Penn District. The lease consists of 1,281 square feet on the ground floor.
Brad Schwarz, David Scher and Jordan Cohen from Lee & Associates NYC represented Barney Brown. The landlord, Vornado Realty Trust, was represented in-house by Jason Morrison.

Barney Brown was founded in 2015 by food and beverage veteran Matt Baer. The restaurant utilizes industry-leading ordering technology and high-quality ingredients to offer customers convenient and delicious sandwich options. Barney Brown’s new location will be its third, following locations at 822 Sixth Ave. and 1410 Broadway.
