The U.S. subsidiary of the globally renowned Japanese electronics brand Casio America Inc. has signed a lease for 21,338 square feet on the third floor of The Mark, a repositioned Class-A, office building at 100 Enterprise Dr. in Rockaway, N.J., announced JLL.
As part of this strategic initiative, Casio will relocate its Operations Center from Dover, N.J., in the third quarter of 2025. The new facility will consolidate key functions — including finance, IT, human resources, customer service, legal and business administration.
Situated adjacent to Rockaway Townsquare and the Route 15/Interstate 80 interchange, The Mark is a fully repositioned seven-story 237,087-square-foot office building occupied by a range of diverse tenants.
Owned and operated by Northbridge Capital, it features a two-story atrium lobby with reflective glass and a granite façade. Amenities include a full-service cafeteria and business lounge that blends function with form as a clublike area complete with arcade games and a Wi-Fi-engaged common area. There is a multi-purpose conference facility that can accommodate large events or can be divided into two smaller spaces, a gym with locker rooms and showers, and covered parking.
JLL serves as exclusive leasing agent for The Mark. A team led by Executive Vice President Chris Conklin, Executive Managing Director Dan Spero and Brokerage Coordinator Maria Ruberto represented the landlord in the new leases. Casio America was represented by Naoki Yamaguchi of Relo Redac Inc.
“We are thrilled to welcome Casio America to The Mark, where ownership’s commitment to providing a best-in-class working environment has attracted leading companies from a range of industries seeking modern, high-end space in a prime property,” said Conklin. “Tenants in today’s market are gravitating towards properties like the Mark, with best-in-class amenities, professional on-site property management and a pro-active and well capitalized ownership group that can meet the needs of today’s tenants.”
