The Corcoran Group recently announced that Kirsten Jordan has joined the firm. Announcement of the move was made by Pamela Liebman, Corcoran’s President and CEO. Jordan and The Kirsten Jordan Team are now affiliated with Corcoran’s East Side office, led by Senior Managing Directors Helen Monti and Tim Rettaliata.
Jordan has made an indelible mark on New York City real estate as the first female broker cast on Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing. She joins Corcoran from Douglas Elliman, where she accumulated $1B in lifetime sales volume. The Kirsten Jordan Team was also frequently ranked in the nationwide Top Ten at Douglas Elliman. Jordan has set multiple neighborhood price records with a $4.8 million penthouse sale at Arris Lofts in Long Island City, Queens, and a $2.6M penthouse at The Conover in Red Hook, Brooklyn. Recently, she closed on a $10M sale at One Highline and sold 580 Park Avenue, a classic co-op designed by J.E.R Carpenter and renovated by actress Christina Ricci alongside Studio Todd Raymond for over $7 million.
